Indulge yourself in a selection of 12 unique Snow Flake Bingsus ranging from the traditional Injeolmi Bingsu (12.90) to the adventurous Cheese Bingsu (15.90).

Nunsaram also offers a selection of sweet and savory sides such as the honey tteokkochi, chocolate bread, and garlic cheese bread for a lighter option.

We decided to get the Mango Bingsu which comes with a generous portion of mangoes slathered on the shaved ice, and subsequently a swirl of whipped cream and a scoop of mango flavored ice-cream drizzled in mango syrup. A small serving of condensed milk is also served on the side.

The mangoes were exquisite with an intense sweetness and almost buttery consistency, complementing perfectly with the delicate shaved ice, infused with a mellow milkiness. The much needed scoop of mango ice-cream provided a much needed creaminess factor that binds the whole dessert together.
